Because of the nature of our products, we maintain the following store policies to protect product integrity, safety, and quality standards.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the hygienic and perishable nature of our herbal, botanical, wellness, and body care products, all sales are final. We do not currently offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to resolve legitimate order issues whenever possible.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted in small batches using natural botanical ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in:

• Color
• Texture
• Consistency
• Aroma
• Herbal appearance

are completely normal and part of the authenticity and uniqueness of handmade natural products.

These natural variations do not affect product quality or effectiveness.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Some products, including salves, balms, oils, candles, body butters, and other heat-sensitive items, may soften, melt, or change consistency during transit—especially during warmer months or in hot climates such as Florida.

Medicine Man Elixir Co. is not responsible for melting or heat-related changes caused during shipping or delivery. If your product arrives softened, allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Subscription Policy

Subscription orders may be modified, paused, skipped, or canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

To avoid being charged for your upcoming subscription shipment, cancellation requests must be submitted before your recurring order processes.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

As a courtesy to our community, reminder emails may be sent before recurring subscription charges whenever possible, though customers remain responsible for managing their subscription settings and cancellation timing.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated. During launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Medicine Man Elixir Co. is not responsible for:

• Carrier shipping delays
• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
• Delays caused by weather, natural events, or postal disruptions

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate prior to placing an order.
